Precision Sheet Metal Supply has been in Herndon Virginia since 1989, right in the middle of the Mid Atlantic Technology Corridor. We are located in a modern climate controlled 11,000 square foot manufacturing facility.

Precision Sheet Metal Supply specializes in complete turnkey custom sheet metal fabrications at a reasonable cost with emphasis on quality and reliable delivery.  Our quality system complies with MIL-I-45208A, and a copy of our quality manual is available. Precision Sheet Metal Supply can meet both your RoHS and DFARS compliance needs.

Precision Sheet Metal Supply has the capability to take your product from design to production.  State of the art equipment and technology, such as CNC punching, AutoCad, SolidWorks, and ProE allow us to manufacture precise sheet metal and machined products.

Precision Sheet Metal Supply offers excellent turnaround on prototype as well as production items (typically 3 weeks), including one day turnaround on custom silkscreens.

Precision Sheet Metal Supply uses real time job control and job tracking on our computer network for an up-to-the-minute status report on where your order is in the manufacturing process. This system uses precise job scheduling for reliable deliveries.        Precision Sheet Metal Supply also offers J.I.T. and KanBan deliveries on large yearly production quantities.

Precision Sheet Metal Supply can receive your drawing files electronically to save time on rush jobs for faster delivery.  Having the ability to import most CAD file formats into our CAD/CAM fabrication system greatly reduces programming time and minimizes lead time, which translates into substantial cost savings, greater accuracy, and on time delivery.
